the journey

malaysia is the next destination..this time i’m gonna try the budget airline i.e. tiger airways, it departs from clark airport instead of manila..it’ll take 3 hour bus ride to get there..hope i won’t be late.. malaysia, truly asia they said, here i come..

surprise sounds nice.. there’s probably gonna be a surprise sometime next week.. life is about having a journey and part of the challenge is a nice surprise.. there you go.. get ready.. hehe

sorry. still skipping the journey story of singapore.. the thing is experience and adventure is having it as a real life that sometimes putting it into a piece of writing seems far beyond enough.. by the way, there’s another holiday coming.. it’s may 1 monday, the labor day.. another chance to get goin.. got to pick another distination for shorter trip.. how about malaysia or macau.. still weighing..

i stayed in summer view hotel, bencoolen street for 3 nights and elizabeth hotel, near mount elizabeth hospital, for 2 nights..the places that i accomplishly came to visit among others: sim lim squares, bugis street, bugis junction, suntec city, marina bay, merlion park, china town, mount faber, jewelry factory, botanical garden, little india, mustapa center, sentosa island, underwater world, dolphin lagoon, the big merlion in sentosa, magic fountain, orchard road, boat quay, raffles hotel, lucky plaza, paragon, business district, esplanade theater, takasiyama, food republic, clark quay, the hooters..it was an exciting journey

hi..i’m back..it was a sucessful journey..i’ve lots of things to tell but still not enough time to write yet..it was fun and i got what i looked for..this will bring to other trips later..i’ll be back with stories..

the itinerary is all complete..though i don’t get the hotel that i wanted due to fully booking..i’ll be staying in the summer view by sim lim square and the elizabeth by orchard road..i try for the sightseeing package provided by the octopus.com..not too expensive and it sounds worth..it’s amazing that nowadays we can use the online booking facility to set our own travel plan all over the world..and the price is quite lower and in addition we can have lots of holiday pacakages that cut more to the cost..if we search in the net, there are expedia.com, hotels.com, directrooms.com, travelweb.com, priceline.com, octopus.com and many more..it makes your life easier and simpler..

i’ve booked Copthorne Orchid Hotel in Singapore for 3 nights from directrooms.com..and i wanna book the Elizabeth Hotel for 2 nights from hotels.com..both of them are near orchard road and the elizabeth is much closer..the target is d200 hunting, sentosa island and other sprees..

singapore it is..though i’ve been there twice in 2004, still not enough time to discover the beauty of the city..my other agenda is D200..i hope to have this camera by the end of the journey..this would my first adventure of the year..i’ve bought the ticket and now trying to get a place to stay..it could be one of the hotels there or at a friend’s house..singapore here i come..

 

the upcoming places i plan to visit this year are probably malaysia, singapore, hongkong, dubai, saudi arabia..i still try to find the right time..have to consider the budget, the workload, my class, and purposes..better having plan than not..i just can’t wait..
